The shearling lining is thick and plush and so the matter of an inch or less, here or there is not a drastic difference to me.

I really like the extra detailing around the toe which makes my foot look smaller, and the braid up the back is very stylish.

Wow, are these great boots! We had the coldest winter on record here in Florida, and I put these boots on my feet in December and kept wearing them until March.

I don't recommend them for wet weather (they are suede/ sheepskin!), but for cold weather they are ideal. Love these & can't wait to get another pair.
