This is a great shoe! It is so comfortable and lightweight. With the tenacious sole, I cannot wait to take them out on the trail. I am sure they will provide great traction. A good shoe for working out, everyday, and on the trail, and it looks good too! Using the outer holes on the top laces, it really snugs up to my heel. I would say it runs slightly small, so if your toes are close to the end of one size, or if you like a little room, order up a 1/2 size. I did, and I am glad. Again, a super shoe, comfortable right out of the box!
